Truffle Extravaganza
After hunting for truffles with Giulio the Trufflehunter and his
beautiful dog Edda, we were treated to a feast based entirely on
this delicacy. Though all of the dishes were delicious, the one that
makes us salivate even now was the perfect gnocchi that melted like clouds
on our tongue, topped with a thick shaving of freshly found truffles.
